Kababs are grilled over an open charcoal fire and served with saffron rice and grilled tomatoes: Koobideh, Joojeh, Barg and Sultani. Next to them are slow-cooked Persian stews like Khoresh Ghormeh (Ghormeh Sabzi), Gheymeh and Fesenjan, Zereshk Polo ba Morgh and Chelo Mahicheh (lamb shank). Start with Kashk-e-Bademjan, Dolmeh, Aush Reshteh or yogurt dips with naan, and finish with saffron rice pudding or saffron pistachio cake. There are vegetarian dips and salads too.
Dizi is on the menu on weekends only.
